Family Service of Rhode Island is seeking a skilled and compassionate Home Visitor - Family Support Specialist to join our team in Providence. As a Home Visitor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality home visiting services to vulnerable families in accordance with the Healthy Families America (HFA) model requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of family dynamics and be able to establish positive relationships with families. You will work closely with families to strengthen parent-child relationships, achieve positive child health outcomes, and improve family functioning.

This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Child Development, Education, or a related field is required, along with at least 3 years of experience working with children and families or in a related setting.

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and life insurance, as well as paid time off.
