We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Therapist to join our team at Tides Family Services Inc. As a member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting children and families facing various challenges.

About the Role

This position involves working closely with clients, families, and colleagues to provide intensive home and community-based therapy. You will conduct bio-psychosocial assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and collaborate with an integrated team to achieve positive outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  1. Provide crisis intervention and behavior management utilizing counseling techniques, program structure, guidelines, and metrics to ensure accountability.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with internal team members, stakeholders, clients, and families, schools, law enforcement, and other community resources.
  3. Attend all required program meetings, including weekly supervision, monthly clinical group supervision, tracking rundown, staff meetings, and other meetings scheduled by supervisor.

Requirements:
  • Master's degree in social work or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in human services, healthcare, and other non-profit agencies.
  • Valid driver's license and registered/inspected vehicle.
