Job Overview

This position is for an Independent Contractor.


The primary objective of the Telesales Sales Associate is to enhance the company's revenue by initiating new sales and upgrades through phone outreach to current owners.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Initiate and receive calls to current owners interested in upgrading or acquiring additional weeks.
  • Facilitate upgrades for members in good standing.
  • Conduct follow-ups on new written sales.
  • Maintain a minimum net sales volume of $33,000.
  • Achieve a target of at least 200 calls per day.

Education and Experience:


A High School diploma or equivalent educational background (GED); or one to three months of relevant experience and/or training; or a suitable combination of education and experience is required. A Florida Real Estate License and/or a minimum of 6 months of Timeshare Sales experience is necessary.
