Senior Client Consultant

At Shaker Recruitment Marketing, we're looking for a seasoned professional to join our team as a Senior Client Consultant. As the frontline of our organization, you'll be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with mid to large enterprise clients, driving engagement, and ensuring overall satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Management: Day-to-day management of clients, building and maintaining strong relationships at all levels of the client organization.
  • Strategic Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, discovering new opportunities to work together and maintaining a deep understanding of client dynamics.
  • Project Coordination: Serve as the client's internal Shaker advocate, interacting with Shaker departments to coordinate all deliverables seamlessly.
  • Business Growth: Responsible for consistent growth and client billings at all levels, confidently selling additional Shaker services.
  • Communication: Excellent presentation and communication skills, interacting with clients at all levels, and providing guidance on the creation of orders and billing processes.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 10+ years of progressive client management experience, preferably in the Talent Acquisition industry.
  • Business Acumen: Demonstrable business acumen and deep understanding of business sales processes.
  • Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients at all levels.
  • Problem-Solving: Confident negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and stress.
