Manufacturing Process Optimization Internship Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Process Optimization Intern to join our team at Novo Nordisk. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in assisting the finished production packaging department in implementing process optimizations.
Key Responsibilities- Assess areas for improvement across the department and present project justifications
- Work closely with operations, technicians, engineers, and quality assurance personnel to gain in-depth knowledge of assigned processes
- Communicate proposed improvements to all impacted stakeholders, ensuring a collaborative and informed approach to process optimization
- Contribute to the enhancement of operational efficiency and gain hands-on experience in driving process improvements within a dynamic manufacturing environment
- Currently enrolled at an accredited college or university pursuing a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Technology, or a related discipline
- Strong academic record with a preferred cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Conscientious self-starter with good organizational skills, project management skills, and attention to detail
- Ability to balance multiple projects and priorities, must be able to multi-task
- Strong interpersonal communication and ability to collaborate with teams; must effectively operate independently, across functional lines, and with internal customers
- Demonstrated personal initiative, self-motivation, flexibility, adaptability, and willingness to learn
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
