If you possess expertise in calibrating industrial instrumentation and diagnosing control systems, we invite you to explore this opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calibrate a variety of process instruments and control devices
- Diagnose and conduct maintenance on process instruments and control devices
- Repair electrical supply and distribution systems up to 480v AC
- Engage with variable frequency drives, servo drives, and motors
- Diagnose and repair control systems including PLCs and HMIs
- Document maintenance activities using a Computerized Maintenance Management System
- Adhere to safety and environmental regulations
- Complete necessary training and certifications
Technical I Level Requirements:
- Effectively communicate in both written and verbal formats
- Exhibit strong mathematical abilities
- Understand current Good Manufacturing Practice standards
- Demonstrate knowledge of industrial safety protocols
Work Schedule:
Rotating 12-hour shifts
Qualifications:
Trainee: High School Diploma or Equivalent along with 2 years of relevant experience or a technical Associate's degree
Tech I: Associate's degree in a relevant technical discipline with 2 years of pertinent experience
Experience with utility systems is preferred
Occupational Requirements:
Work within a manufacturing setting with potential exposure to biological fluids and chemicals. This role involves heavy lifting, operating machinery, and wearing protective gear. Compliance with production standards and safety protocols is essential.
