Job Title: Human Resources Representative

Children's Hospital Colorado is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Representative to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in supporting the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures, and providing exceptional customer service to our internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and administer various HR functions, programs, and activities, including tuition reimbursement, non-employee onboarding, and training administration.
  • Interact with employees to explain policies, procedures, and other related information, and assist in resolving problems or issues.
  • Compile and process requests for reports, data, manuals, or other information related to HR activities or operations.
  • Recommend, develop, and establish processes, procedures, or instructions to meet specific needs and challenges for assigned HR functions.
  • Attend training sessions to learn concepts, principles, practices, and applications of HR work, and study applicable rules and regulations.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED certificate.
  • Three years of experience performing specialized or technical administrative support work or customer service work.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field may substitute for the experience requirement.
Work Environment:

This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, with shift hours varying between 6am-9am and 2:30pm-5:30pm. The role is remote, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision is essential.
