Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and implement human resource and payroll activities
  • Provide supervision and implementation for new employee orientation
  • Foster positive and open communication with team members
  • Maintain workers compensation files
  • Oversee recruiting and onboarding process
  • Manage workman's compensation cases

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years experience in Human Resources, preferably in skilled nursing
  • Proficiency with or ability to learn our company's HRIS
  • Knowledge and familiarity with employment-related laws and regulations
  • Excellent prioritization and delegation skills
