We are seeking a skilled Human Resource Manager to join our team at BRIA of Elmwood Park. As a Human Resource Manager, you will play a critical role in directing the human resource and payroll activities within our nursing home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and implement human resource and payroll activities
- Provide supervision and implementation for new employee orientation
- Foster positive and open communication with team members
- Maintain workers compensation files
- Oversee recruiting and onboarding process
- Manage workman's compensation cases
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in Human Resources, preferably in skilled nursing
- Proficiency with or ability to learn our company's HRIS
- Knowledge and familiarity with employment-related laws and regulations
- Excellent prioritization and delegation skills
