Key Responsibilities:- Mobilize patients with care and attention to detail, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
- Provide supportive care to patients, helping them with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and encouraging independence.
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including nursing, physical, and occupational therapy, to ensure seamless patient care.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and patients.
- Ability to accurately record simple data, maintaining precise and up-to-date records.
- Excellent time management and interpersonal skills, prioritizing tasks and building strong relationships with patients and colleagues.
- Physical ability to assist with patient mobility and equipment, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
- High school equivalent or vocational education as a nursing assistant.
- Experience working as a nursing assistant in a healthcare facility.
- STNA certification, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in patient care.
