The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality, age-specific nursing care to patients and their families. This role involves implementing the nursing process to help patients achieve optimal health status, while also developing self and contributing to the professional practice of nursing.
About the Role
As a Nursing Professional - Patient Care and Advocacy, you will:
• Implement the nursing process to deliver effective relationship-based nursing care
• Demonstrate technical skills in care delivery that result in safe practice and positive care outcomes
• Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to optimize patient care and clinical operations
• Develop and maintain expertise in your field, contributing to the advancement of nursing practice and excellence
• Display leadership that influences optimal clinical and operational outcomes
Additional Responsibilities
This role also involves performing other duties as assigned by management, while maintaining compliance with all policies and standards. You will work closely with the department during orientation to understand specific job responsibilities and expectations.
