About the Opportunity

US Acute Care Solutions is seeking an exceptional Medical Director to lead our Emergency Department operations. As a key member of our leadership team, you will collaborate with hospital administration, nursing leadership, and physician staff to drive excellence in patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee department operations, ensuring seamless collaboration between medical directors, nursing leaders, and hospital administrators.
  • Participate in quality assurance initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Represent the Emergency Department within the community and among hospital medical staff.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Proven leadership experience in emergency medicine, preferably as a medical director or equivalent position.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with various stakeholders.
  • A passion for quality improvement and patient-centered care.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $**250,000 - $300,000 per annum**, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and generous paid time off.
