Inventory Control Specialist

BCforward is seeking an experienced Inventory Control Specialist to provide day-to-day support to our manufacturing and distribution areas. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting cycle counts, scheduling physical inventories, and researching inventory variances.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide inventory control support to manufacturing and distribution areas
- Conduct cycle counts and schedule physical inventories
- Research and reconcile inventory variances
- Use inventory control operating systems and report tools to control material flow and compile records
- Requisition needed supplies and verify material received
- Inspect articles and reject defective ones
- Prepare inventory records and reports and investigate discrepancies in stock counts
