Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Program Management Specialist to join our team in support of our Medium Range Air Defense (MRAD) portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the overall cadence of the MRAD portfolio, including cross-functional coordination and proactive management of program risks.

Salary

The salary range for this role is $96,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Role

As a Program Management Specialist, you will work closely with the program office, integrated product teams, and functional leads to ensure smooth execution of programs. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with day-to-day program execution cadence, including risk review boards, program management reviews, and configuration control boards.
  • Preparing, revising, updating, and monitoring required documentation and analysis in compliance with contract requirements.
  • Executing and maintaining Program Management Plans and Program Directives.
  • Identifying and implementing key program metrics and working with the Program Management Office to drive closure of corrective actions.
  • Maintaining a positive and inclusive program culture and meeting contractual commitments.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree and 8 years of relevant experience or an Advanced degree and minimum 5 years of experience.
  • Experience with financial analysis tools and/or digital technology tools.
  • Strong communication, influence management, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance.
