Job Title: Production Control, Sr. Analyst Scheduling

At RTX, we are seeking a highly skilled Production Control, Sr. Analyst Scheduling to join our team in Andover, MA. This role will be responsible for managing the production control process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of materials and products to meet customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems to optimize material and workforce forecasting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, programs, and business units to maintain and meet organizational goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide production floor support, including replacement part management, shop floor material staging, and Work In Progress (WIP) movement.
  • Control the physical disposition of nonconforming or specially handled material.
  • Maintain key performance metrics for shop floor, MRP, and inventory systems.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance.
  • U.S. citizenship is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with MRP, SAP PRISM, and Material and Inventory Control-type systems.
  • Experience utilizing lean manufacturing concepts.
  • Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook/Teams).
