About the Role

This is a rotational position that serves as the Continuous Improvement Specialist - Sensor Portfolio, reporting to the Executive Director of the Sensor Portfolio and interfacing and supporting all directorates in Sensor Operations.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to solicit and gather information/data from multiple sources and synthesize into concise executive level briefings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain standard work and facilitate Ops Review, Staff meetings, Tier V, All-Hands and sessions related to goal alignment.
  • Act as the CORE focal for the RFT and Sensor Portfolio organizations and maintain domain artifacts: SIPOC, Maturity Assessment, MFA, Macro Plan, Control Tower, CORE Control Room, etc.
  • Represent the executive director when necessary, conveying their directives and decisions clearly and accurately.
  • Act as liaison between the executive director and other teams, departments, functions, organizations, etc.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents required by the executive director and directors.
  • Prioritize requests and actions based on critical business needs.
  • Lead org wide initiatives, special projects, and strategic assignments as directed by the executive director.
  • Effectively work multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Develop and maintain Raytheon-wide support networks to facilitate and leverage the broad resources available.
  • Manage and streamline communications for the entire Sensor Portfolio organization, ensuring clarity and consistency.
  • Assist across the portfolio to ensure collaboration.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and 5 years' experience of prior relevant experience or an advanced degree and 3 years of prior relevant experience.
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
