Job Description:

  • As a critical member of the Leaves & Accommodations team at FastTek Global, you will provide top-notch administrative support to ensure seamless leave and accommodation processes.
  • This role involves handling sensitive information, coordinating leave requests, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements, fostering a culture of trust and respect.
  • The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, experience with HR systems like Workday, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, driving productivity and results.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Email Management: Monitor our inbox, categorizing and forwarding emails related to leave and accommodation requests to the appropriate team members, ensuring timely responses and resolutions.
  • Report Handling: Retrieve and review reports from Workday to update the leave and accommodation tracker, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance.
  • Data Updates: Regularly update leave types and durations in Workday, managing related entries and ensuring data integrity.
  • Communication Coordination: Review clinic emails and distribute them to relevant team members, promoting effective communication and collaboration.
  • Research and Cross-Referencing: Assist the Leaves & Accommodations and HR teams by researching and cross-referencing data for leave entries, providing accurate and timely information.
  • Project Assistance: Participate in various HR projects as assigned by the manager, supporting business objectives and goals.

Education:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while some college education is preferred, demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning and growth.

Experience:

  • A minimum of four years of experience in HR coordination, administrative assistance, or data management is required, with a proven track record of handling confidential and sensitive information.
  • Familiarity with HR databases and HR Information Systems (HRIS), preferably Workday, is essential, as is strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
