About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team at Intellijoint Surgical Inc. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for introducing our innovative technologies and driving national expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and nurture prospects to convert opportunities into substantial above-market growth.
  • Work independently and at the direction of a Regional Sales Manager to expand business within a defined multi-state territory.
  • Provide key insights to our sales management team about when to launch new territories.

Requirements

  • 3 - 5+ years of documented sales success in the medical device, medical technology, or orthopedics.
  • Or 8+ years of sales experience with a consistent track record of exceeding targets within a technical field.
  • A solid understanding of anatomy is a big plus.

Travel Requirements

  • A valid driver's license, vehicle insurance and access to a vehicle.
  • A passport for occasional travel between the U.S. and Canada.
  • Travel within your territory is a key part of this role, and you should be prepared for regular travel as needed.

Physical Job Requirements

  • Frequent two-handed lifting of up to 40 lbs. from floor to chair/table and from one to another surface at approximately the same level.
  • Sitting, standing and/or walking for up to eight plus hours per day.
  • Ability to wear 7-9 lbs of lead for extended periods of time while in the Operating Room.
