Business Development Support Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to support our Business Development Team in developing and submitting proposals from inception to submission. The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting proposal outlines, assessing RFP/RFI requirements, and coordinating bid files.
Responsibilities:- Draft proposal outlines according to RFP instructions and evaluation criteria.
- Assess RFP/RFI requirements and perform gap analysis, compliance, and scheduling.
- Coordinate all bid files and facilitate check-ins with the BD Team and subject matter experts.
- Minimum 1 year of proposal management experience.
- Advanced Microsoft Word proficiency.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communicative skills.
$65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
