Role Summary

This position encompasses a blend of duties including overseeing gym activities, coordinating youth and family events, and coaching youth sports. The role is part-time with flexible scheduling and requires on-site presence.

Primary Duties
  • Maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all participants during gym sessions.
  • Facilitate sports classes for children across various age groups on both weekdays and weekends.
  • Organize and implement fun and interactive youth and family events, featuring arts and crafts, games, movies, and educational activities.
  • Build and nurture relationships with teens and families within the community.
Qualifications
  • Applicants must be at least 21 years old.
  • Previous experience in sports and youth engagement is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Current certifications in CPR, AED, and Basic First Aid are mandatory.
