Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled International Event Coordinator to join our team at Case Management Consulting LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling logistics and administrative functions to support partner arrangements, coordinating with Protocol, SI, OCC, and all IA elements on all Top 6 hosted visits or trips, and assisting IA desk officers in developing agendas, event planning, executing official courtesies, and providing gift recommendations for all international partner engagements.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate logistics and administrative functions to support partner arrangements, including badging, parking, name tents, scheduling briefings, photographers, and other related tasks.
  • Work closely with Protocol, SI, OCC, and all IA elements to ensure seamless execution of all Top 6 hosted visits or trips.
  • Develop and maintain a master list of all scheduled partner engagements to assist in calendar de-confliction.
  • Participate in the NGA Leadership Engagement Board (NLEB) to support planning for leadership participation in foreign partner visits.
Requirements
  • An active TS/SCI clearance or a TS (with the ability to obtain a CI poly)
  • 7-10 years of experience and a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in planning, coordinating, and executing communication and event planning-related functions for senior leadership, foreign dignitaries, diplomats, foreign military personnel, and legislative and government officials.
  • Demonstrated experience providing on-site logistical support for events, including site preparation.
  • Demonstrated experience in applying principles, methods, practices, and techniques for executing the protocol program.
  • Event Management or Protocol certification.
