Job Summary:
">This Sales Professional role involves meeting face-to-face with customers in their homes to provide expert advice on floor installation options. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently.
Main Responsibilities:
">- Meet with customers to understand their floor installation needs and preferences.
- Provide expert advice on floor installation options and recommend products that meet the customer's requirements.
- Conduct site visits to assess customer's current flooring conditions and identify potential areas for improvement.
- Promote Empire Today's products and services to customers, highlighting the benefits of our flooring solutions.
Salary Range:
">The estimated annual salary range for this position is between $50,000 and $70,000, with top performers earning over $100,000.

">- Average earners can expect an average income ranging from $50,000 to $70,000 per year, while top performers exceed $100,000 annually.

Requirements:
">- Valid license to drive locally to meet Empire's customers in their homes and a vehicle with room for flooring sample boards.
- Attend sales meetings and training sessions both in person and virtually.
- Business Development: Achieve a monthly minimum of self-generated sales.
- Availability for evening & weekend appointments.
- Deliver excellent customer service.
- Ability to use electronic tablets and measuring devices in connection with sales presentations.
- Present professionally, including in Empire branded apparel.
