We are looking for an experienced Sales and F&I Manager who has a passion for sales and leadership. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in auto retail sales, excellent communication and customer service skills, and confirmed leadership ability to mentor and train others.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to improve client happiness and fuel the sales process.
  • Provide training and support to sales staff to ensure they are equipped to close deals.
  • Facilitate regular sales training to continue team growth.
