Rehab Technician Job Description

At Bellevue Healthcare, we're dedicated to delivering exceptional products and unmatched service to our customers. As a Rehab Technician, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that vital medical equipment reaches those who need it most.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform thorough evaluations of rehabilitation equipment to identify needed repairs
  • Verify accuracy of received POs for new and service-related orders
  • Unbox and assemble rehabilitation equipment correctly
  • Manage rehabilitation inventory and workspace, including batteries and basic stock equipment
  • Coordinate shipping of warranty parts back to manufacturers
  • Deliver equipment and complete necessary adjustments
  • Cultivate relationships with clients and referrals
  • Gather quotes from manufacturers for repairs and replacements
  • Install, replace, and repair equipment in-shop and in-field
  • Perform service work in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
  • Good mechanical aptitude
  • Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Proactive and responsible personality
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
  • Basic computer data entry skills and ability to learn BHC's systems
