Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team as an Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist. In this role, you will work with clients to develop and implement personalized rehabilitation plans, focusing on return to work and health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and goals
  • Develop and implement rehabilitation plans, including workplace education and injury prevention programs
  • Collaborate with clients, employers, and healthcare professionals to achieve return to work and health outcomes
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout the rehabilitation process

Requirements:

  • Qualification in Occupational Therapy or related field
  • Registration with AHPRA or relevant governing body
  • Previous experience in Occupational Rehabilitation industry (highly regarded)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
