About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to our patients. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping our patients overcome physical and cognitive challenges and achieve optimal function.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans to promote optimal function and independence
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and effective communication
  • Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted interventions
  • Provide education and training to patients and their families on proper techniques and strategies for optimal function and independence
  • Document patient progress and outcomes to inform treatment plans and improve care
Requirements
  • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Washington
  • Previous experience in occupational therapy, preferably in an inpatient rehabilitation setting
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $42.00 - $48.00 per hour, depending on experience.
