Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Leasing Consultant to join our team at Contemporary Management Concepts, LLLP. As a key member of our leasing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents and prospects, while ensuring a seamless leasing experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt and friendly welcome to residents and prospects, answering telephones and responding to inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Complete guest cards on all prospects and take them on a comprehensive tour of our premises.
  • Prepare lease applications, credit reports, and other necessary documents, communicating with new residents and receiving deposits according to company policy.
  • Follow up with residents after work orders to ensure satisfactory completion and complete necessary administrative duties.
  • Accept and distribute packages from delivery services on behalf of residents, while maintaining compliance with Fair Housing guidelines and company policies.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced office environment. You must also be able to stand, walk, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel, as well as reach with hands and arms.
