Job OverviewEDS Service Solutions is seeking a bilingual staffing specialist to join our team at our Orlando, FL location. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and consultative abilities, as well as strong interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.

The staffing specialist will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and qualifying potential candidates via internet sourcing, recruiting job postings, and referrals. They will also be responsible for establishing proper staffing and service levels, ensuring the accuracy and compliance of employment and payroll documents, and designing and maintaining the recruitment process.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Excellent customer service and consultative abilities
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
  • Bilingualism is required
  • Able to work any shift and have weekend availability

Pay: $15 - weekly
