Job Overview

Natural Retreats is seeking a Property Manager to oversee our luxury properties. The Property Manager will ensure that all residences are maintained to the highest standards and are consistently prepared for guest arrivals in alignment with our brand expectations.

COMPENSATION: $30.00 / hour based on experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support management in supervising owner and guest services, addressing requests as needed.
  • Assist with maintenance, housekeeping management, and vendor relations.
  • Help ensure properties are ready for guest arrivals through housekeeping support.
  • Conduct property inspections on assigned homes.
  • Address deferred maintenance issues to uphold NR brand standards.
  • Maintain knowledge of all operational systems and services in rental properties, including gas, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
  • Manage inventory of consumable items efficiently, ensuring proper charges to owners.
  • Perform basic mechanical and electronic repairs, including:
    • Resetting Wi-Fi routers and modems
    • Programming cable and satellite TV receivers
    • Light plumbing and painting repairs
  • Coordinate with vendors for subcontracted work as necessary.
  • Provide personalized attention to homeowners and ensure guests have an exceptional experience.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the destination to effectively communicate with guests and other departments.
  • Operate company vehicles safely and professionally.
  • Exemplify professionalism through work ethic, appearance, and time management.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

REQUIRED:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality, property management, or a related field.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment testing, including drug testing and background screening.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Solid understanding of home systems.
  • Proficient in using hand and basic power tools.
  • Familiarity with the local area.
  • Ability to manage a fluctuating workload.
  • Capable of working independently or collaboratively.
  • Self-motivated and highly autonomous.
  • Effective time management skills to meet deadlines.

DESIRED:

  • Associate or bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field.
  • A growth mindset with a flexible approach to work.

WORKING HOURS:
This is a full-time position requiring flexibility in hours. Weekends and holidays will typically be busy with guest activities and are considered working days. Standard hours may vary based on occupancy levels. All Property Managers must be on call 1 to 2 nights per week for emergencies or unexpected guest arrivals. Daily schedules may change with the seasons, and team members are encouraged to take two days off per week when possible. Vacation is generally scheduled outside of peak seasons.
