Position Summary: The Food & Beverage Manager will oversee the daily operations of our dining facilities, ensuring that our guests receive top-notch service and that all operational standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that food and beverages are served promptly and professionally.
  • Oversee the setup and upkeep of dining and bar areas, ensuring all preparatory tasks are completed.
  • Lead daily team briefings to align on service expectations.
  • Conduct ongoing training for restaurant staff and manage daily operational reports.
  • Supervise, mentor, and schedule restaurant personnel, including hiring and training new team members.
  • Complete necessary closing paperwork and comply with all relevant liquor laws.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required; a college degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in Food and Beverage Management, ideally in a luxury or private club setting.
  • Self-driven with the ability to prioritize tasks and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative team player with a positive demeanor.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a knack for guest recovery.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; experience with Jonas software is a plus.
  • Dependable and flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
