Dimensional Control Specialist

At TRC Talent Solutions, we are seeking a skilled Dimensional Control Specialist to join our team.
**Job Summary**
We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement measurement strategies.
- Utilize advanced 3D measurement equipment, such as ZEISS and DEA, to evaluate and improve sheet metal, plastic parts quality, and vehicle manufacturing processes.
- Conduct analysis and apply knowledge of Statistical Tolerance Analysis and Process Capability Studies to identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with customers to understand their measurement needs and provide solutions.
- Develop and maintain technical drawings, specifications, and functional dimensions.
- Prepare presentations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Participate in process improvements and contribute to the development of best practices.
**Requirements:**
- 3+ years of experience in measuring technology, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical field.
- Experience with vehicle launch programs, PPAPs, and CAD software (Catia V5).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
