Protective Services Specialist

The U.S. Army is seeking a Protective Services Specialist to join their team in Ohio, Kentucky, or West Virginia.
Job DescriptionA Protective Services Specialist plays a critical role in enforcing military laws and regulations, protecting lives and property on Army installations. This position requires strong law enforcement skills, including conducting patrols, interviewing witnesses and suspects, and processing crime scenes.
Responsibilities- Enforce military laws and regulations on Army installations
- Conduct traffic control and prevent crime
- Respond to emergencies and process crime scenes
- Arrest and charge criminal suspects
To be eligible for this position, candidates must first undergo a series of tests to determine their strengths and identify suitable Army jobs.
TrainingAs a Protective Services Specialist, you will receive 20 weeks of One Station Unit Training and on-the-job instruction in police methods. This training will cover basic warrior skills, use of firearms, military/civil laws, investigating and collecting evidence, and arrest and restraint techniques.

The estimated annual salary for this position is around $55,000 - $65,000, depending on location and experience.
