Job Description:

This Nurse Specialist will provide professional nursing services, specializing in health care promotion, maintenance, disease prevention, psychosocial and physical assessment, investigation, treatment, education, and prevention of infectious diseases, family planning, fetal-infant mortality review/prevention, prenatal care, quality assessment, and improvement, and sexually transmitted diseases (STDs).

Requirements:
  1. A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and one (1) year of direct work experience in the field of nursing, a current CPR Certification, and a valid driver's license are required.
  2. Successful completion of CDC sponsored training programs in Sexually Transmitted Disease control is required within six (6) months of date of hire.
