Schedule:
Flexible scheduling options available; open availability is preferred. Shifts may include evenings and weekends. Further details will be discussed during the interview process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate catering staff schedules to guarantee timely delivery, service, and cleanup of all events.
  • Prepare and serve food at scheduled events under the guidance of the Catering Director.
  • Transport food and beverages to various event locations as needed.

Essential Duties:
  • Assess workload requirements based on catering orders.
  • Engage with event leaders to finalize setup arrangements and address any last-minute adjustments.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints effectively.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of menu items and instruct staff on expectations for catered events.
  • Assist in setting up event spaces according to specifications.
  • Ensure proper presentation and portion control while adhering to food safety standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of all catering equipment and supplies.
  • Follow approved recipes and production standards for food preparation.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • A valid driver's license may be required.
  • Must possess or be able to obtain a valid food handler's permit and/or alcohol servers permit as required by state law.
