As a key member of our resort's safety team, you will be responsible for ensuring the well-being and safety of our guests while they enjoy our waterpark facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and Maintain a Safe Environment: Regularly inspect the waterpark area to identify potential hazards and take corrective action to prevent accidents.
  • Provide Emergency Response and First Aid: Respond promptly and effectively to emergency situations, providing first aid and CPR as needed.
  • Enforce Waterpark Rules and Regulations: Ensure that all guests comply with waterpark rules and regulations, and take disciplinary action when necessary.
  • Document Incidents and Hazards: Accurately record all incidents and hazards, and report them to management in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with Management: Work closely with management to develop and implement safety protocols and procedures.
Requirements
  • Certifications: Current certification in CPR, First Aid, and Lifeguarding.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to sit, stand, and walk for long periods, as well as lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
