  • Collect and process patient payments, ensuring accurate recording and processing
  • Prepare patient co-pays for billing and balance receipts for deposit
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to HIPAA regulations
  • Update patient demographic information and prepare transportation lists as needed
  • Confirm appointments and reschedule patients who fail to appear
  • Assist with HEDIS processes and procedures
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred, with excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Basic computer knowledge, including MS Word, MS Excel, and Electronic Health Records
  • Receptionist/clerical experience, with a healthcare environment preferred
