Role Overview:
This position offers a remote work opportunity, requiring candidates to reside in the Oklahoma City area. The role involves up to 30% travel to provide essential support to our diagnostic customers.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver on-site technical assistance to clients within the Abbott Diagnostic Division.
2. Mentor and guide fellow Field Service Representatives.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints related to a variety of complex instruments.
4. Adhere to Quality System protocols by documenting complaint resolutions accurately and promptly.
5. Ensure a safe working environment by following laboratory safety standards.
6. Schedule and execute routine preventive maintenance and installations.

Team Integration:
1. Collaborate effectively within a diverse team.
2. Participate in on-call rotations and manage inventory.
3. Provide critical account support, maintaining ownership of customer issues until resolution.

Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- Proficiency in the local language.

Preferred:
- Degree in Biomedical, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or Medical Technology.
- Experience in customer interfacing roles.

Essential Skills:
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and remote computing tools.

Compensation:
The base pay for this role ranges from $26.30 to $52.60 per hour, with variations based on location.

Work Environment:
