Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and evaluate reasons for past due accounts
  • Maintain company performance and productivity standards
  • Utilize skip tracing techniques to locate and contact customers

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of collections experience
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Metrics-driven position
