Late Stage Collections Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Collections and Recovery Expert to join our team at Adecco US, Inc. As a key member of our collections team, you will be responsible for collecting delinquent accounts in a timely, orderly, and professional manner while following all standardized collections procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Meet performance expectations for collection efforts for assigned accounts based on individual goals and objectives.
- Negotiate payment arrangements with clients to cure delinquency, evaluating ability and willingness to pay.
- Document all collection efforts for each assigned account in accordance with established procedures.
- Communicate collection efforts to branch lenders on assigned accounts in accordance with established standards.
- Order updated credit bureau reports or initiate skip tracing processes in accordance with established standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to utilize Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including overtime as needed.
- Previous customer service, collections, or sales experience.
This is a temporary to hire position with a flexible schedule, including overtime as needed. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance expectations for collection efforts.
