{"Overall Responsibilities": "As a Sales Associate at PVH Corp., you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a visually appealing store environment, and achieving sales goals. Your primary function will be to sell and promote Tommy Hilfiger merchandise through execution of the TH Customer Service Standards. You will also perform a variety of operational activities as assigned by Store Management, including maintaining store organization, fixtures, and hardware, as well as adhering to policies and procedures.

", "Customer Service Responsibilities": "You will be expected to generate maximum sales potential in accordance with the TH Customer Service standards, build a repeat customer base through excellent service, and maintain strong knowledge regarding product, promotions, and special events. You will also be responsible for fostering a positive store experience by treating all customers and staff members in a fair and consistent manner.

", "Personal": "You will be required to represent the TH image through personal and professional appearance, demonstrate professional image and conduct, and be flexible to work rotating hours as assigned by management. You will also be expected to communicate concerns to management, maintain respect of peer group, staff, and supervisor, and create energy and excitement around shared goals and values.

", "Operational Responsibilities": "You will be responsible for adhering to policies and procedures, observing sales floor and stockroom for loss prevention, and advising management of any unusual internal or external activity. You will also be expected to execute opening and closing checklist duties as directed by store management to ensure the store is always ready for business.

", "Merchandising & Visual Responsibilities": "You will be responsible for ensuring consistent and accurate replenishment of product onto the sales floor, complying with visual presentation standards, and executing markdowns and re-merchandising as needed. You will also be expected to maintain store organization, fixtures, and hardware, as well as general cleanliness.
