- Formulate and manage the sales budget to align with company objectives.
- Guide recruitment, training, and performance assessments to meet sales targets.
- Implement and uphold sales policies and procedures, representing the organization with integrity and professionalism.
- Mentor team members to enhance their skills and improve performance outcomes.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years in a management role, with 2-3 years of experience in the timeshare or vacation club sector, specifically in sales.
- Experience in a startup environment is advantageous.
- Strong foundation in customer service and quality assurance.
- Proven ability to achieve sales goals within designated timeframes and budget constraints.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a strategic mindset and effective communication skills to engage with all organizational levels.
