About the Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Housekeeping Associate at WorKinect. As a Housekeeping Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, and restocking room items
  • Change bed linens and ensure the overall cleanliness of guest rooms
  • Remove trash and recyclables from guest rooms and common areas
  • Operate cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to lift 40-50 pounds and climb 3-5 flights of stairs
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Benefits:

  • $15/hour or piece rate, whichever is higher
  • Bonus structure: $200 bonus after 40 hours worked weekly for two consecutive months
