Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and cultivate new funding opportunities, including individual donors, corporations, foundations, and government agencies.
  • Develop and execute fundraising events and campaigns to promote our mission and generate support.
  • Collaborate with our communications team to create effective donor messages and marketing materials.
  • Lead and administer our constituent relationship management (CRM) program, ensuring accurate and timely data entry.
  • Generate donor reports and use data to inform fundraising strategies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • 5+ years of nonprofit experience with a solid track record of raising funding from diverse sources.
  • Knowledge of best practices and ethical standards in donor relations and fundraising.
  • Working knowledge of fundraising software and CRM databases.
Work Environment:

This is a full-time staff position with competitive benefits, including paid leave, life, health, and dental insurance, 401(k), and other perks. The ideal candidate will be based at our headquarters in Morrisville, North Carolina, but remote work arrangements may be considered for highly qualified candidates.
