Key Responsibilities

Assistant Project Manager - Corporate Interiors:

  • Assist in the development of detailed project plans, encompassing budgets, timelines, and resource distribution.
  • Oversee and coordinate all construction activities to ensure adherence to project specifications and contractual agreements.
  • Monitor project schedules, milestones, and deliverables to guarantee timely completion of each project phase.
  • Support the project management team with RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project closeout processes.
  • Lead and manage project teams, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring clear communication of project goals and expectations.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to assess progress, address challenges, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Act as the primary liaison for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to address design modifications and project requirements.
  • Manage project communications, including progress updates, change orders, and essential documentation.
  • Proactively identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project, ensuring effective stakeholder management.

Candidate Profile

Successful Assistant Project Manager - Corporate Interiors:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on interior projects.
  • Demonstrates capability to fulfill the responsibilities outlined.
  • Exhibits a strong tenure at previous employers.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Familiarity with Procore and other construction management software.
