Key Responsibilities
Assistant Project Manager - Corporate Interiors:
- Assist in the development of detailed project plans, encompassing budgets, timelines, and resource distribution.
- Oversee and coordinate all construction activities to ensure adherence to project specifications and contractual agreements.
- Monitor project schedules, milestones, and deliverables to guarantee timely completion of each project phase.
- Support the project management team with RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project closeout processes.
- Lead and manage project teams, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring clear communication of project goals and expectations.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Conduct regular team meetings to assess progress, address challenges, and identify areas for improvement.
- Act as the primary liaison for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to address design modifications and project requirements.
- Manage project communications, including progress updates, change orders, and essential documentation.
- Proactively identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project, ensuring effective stakeholder management.
Candidate Profile
Successful Assistant Project Manager - Corporate Interiors:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on interior projects.
- Demonstrates capability to fulfill the responsibilities outlined.
- Exhibits a strong tenure at previous employers.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Familiarity with Procore and other construction management software.
