Bilingual Mortgage Loan Officer

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with established real estate offices, ensuring seamless collaboration and referral flow.
Manage and convert high-quality inbound leads from Realtor.com, providing tailored mortgage solutions to meet client needs.
Conduct thorough client consultations in both English and Spanish to assess their financial situation and recommend the most suitable mortgage products.
Guide clients through the mortgage application process, ensuring a smooth and timely closing, while effectively communicating in both languages.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Loan Officer, with a strong track record of managing real estate office relationships.
Fluent in both English and Spanish, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information in both languages.
Demonstrated ability to manage and convert inbound leads effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
Comprehensive knowledge of mortgage products, underwriting processes, and industry regulations.
