Job Summary

The City of Nashua is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Urban Programs Department as a Grant Management Specialist. This role is responsible for achieving and maintaining compliance with grantor agency requirements, including data collection and analysis, report preparation and submittals, financial controls, and monitoring of third parties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting to the Urban Programs Manager, this position is responsible for ensuring compliance with grantor agency requirements.
  • Collecting and analyzing data, preparing reports and submittals, and maintaining financial controls.
  • Monitoring third-party activities and performing other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • College degree in Community Development, Public Administration, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in similar or related work.
  • Ability to report, write, or edit articles for publications, prepare deeds, contracts, leases, or mortgages, and prepare and deliver lectures.
  • Knowledge of MS Windows, MS Professional Office Suite, and other software programs necessary for this position.
