Job Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished Executive Chef to lead our culinary team in Nashua, NH. As a key member of our hospitality group, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional dining experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a safe, clean, and professional kitchen environment
  • Manage food costs, conduct inventories, and handle product ordering
  • Recruit, train, and mentor the culinary team
  • Guide the Sous Chef in kitchen operations
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences through prompt and high-quality service

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Hands-on experience with line functions, expediting food, placing orders, and training kitchen staff
  • Preferred background in a restaurant company with a corporate structure
