We're looking for someone with a minimum of an Associate's degree, and at least one year of experience in a customer service role with a financial institution. If you have a proven ability to prioritize tasks, demonstrate time management, and apply analytical and problem-solving skills, we'd love to hear from you.

**Estimated Salary:** $55,000 - $75,000 per year

**Job Requirements:**

  • Minimum of Associate's degree, desired
  • One year experience as a customer service representative with a financial institution
  • Proven track record in loan origination, sales, and member service
  • Knowledge of financial deposit and loan products
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks, demonstrate time management, apply analytical/problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
  • Present a professional image to the member and the community
  • Computer experience required with knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to take on varied assignments and work flexible schedule, including Saturdays
