Catholic Charities New Hampshire is seeking an Immigration Attorney to provide legal immigration representation to immigrant victims of crime, including sexual assault and domestic violence. The successful candidate will work in our Immigration Legal Services Department in Nashua, splitting time between our Nashua and Manchester offices.

Key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining an active caseload as assigned by the Managing Attorney
• Representing clients before USCIS and Immigration Court
• Casework includes removal proceedings, U visas, T visas, VAWA Self Petitions, Special Immigrant Juvenile case work, and more

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor Degree (JD) from an ABA accredited law school
• Active and in good standing in any state Bar
• Some experience in Immigration Law required
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
