5. **Liaison Role**: Act as a bridge between patients and various departments, ensuring smooth access to hospital services.
6. **Documentation**: Secure all necessary paperwork to complete patient registrations effectively.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience with hospital insurance plans, including Medicare, Medicaid, HMO's, and PPO's.
- Proficient typing and computer skills, with familiarity in managed care plans and contractual terms.
- Previous healthcare experience in an outpatient setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of outpatient procedures and medical terminology is essential.
