Compensation Structure:

We offer a hybrid pay model, where earnings are based on the tasks performed. Total compensation consists of two hourly rates: Administrative Rate and Job Rate.

Work Hours:

This is a full-time role.

Field Supervisor Role

We are in search of a Field Supervisor who is diligent, empathetic, and eager to support families in need. This position is ideal for those aiming to enhance their leadership skills in a meaningful and dynamic setting. While experience in mitigation, remediation, restoration, or similar fields is advantageous, it is not mandatory. Aftermath Services offers thorough training and certification in OSHA safety, IICRC compliance, bioremediation, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist our team in various bioremediation efforts to deliver exceptional service to our clients.
  • Oversee the successful execution of projects in which you are involved. This position does not include direct reports but involves supervisory responsibilities for the overall project.
  • Accurately assess, recommend, and advise on project scopes, manage cleanups, and handle necessary documentation.
  • Effectively communicate and propose a customized scope of work based on a comprehensive understanding of client needs, securing approval to commence work.
  • Lead on-site client interactions with professionalism and empathy, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction throughout the biohazard remediation process.
  • Participate in and supervise various biohazard remediation projects on-site.

Working Conditions:

  • Must be able to respond to the dispatch office within one hour of receiving a call.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Occasional overnight travel may be required, with accommodations provided by the company.
  • Must be capable of thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must possess a valid Driver's License and have an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
  • Must reside locally and be able to respond to the shop within one hour of receiving a service call.
  • Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience, preferably in biohazard remediation, construction, demolition, restoration, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, ideally in a technical or field service context.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Completion of Aftermath's Field Learning Path within 30 days of employment and Supervisor Learning Path within 90 days is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • IICRC S540 certification or equivalent in biohazard remediation.
  • Experience with XActimate.
  • Proven track record in leading teams in restoration, mitigation, remediation, or construction.
  • Customer service experience and military backgrounds are highly regarded.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a history of successful community engagement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and relevant software.
